GREEN BAY, Wis. — The Green Bay Packers will be without quarterback Jordan Love on Saturday night against the Baltimore Ravens, with backup Malik Willis set to start.

Love, who suffered a concussion in last Saturday’s overtime loss to the Chicago Bears, was officially ruled out after failing to complete all stages of the concussion protocol. Willis, who finished that game, also dealt with a right throwing shoulder injury on the final play of regulation.
Both quarterbacks had limited participation in practice this week, and Willis missed a day due to an illness affecting several players in the Packers’ locker room. Coach Matt LaFleur described Love’s recovery as “a very delicate issue,” noting the unpredictable nature of concussion protocols.
Clayton Tune, a practice squad quarterback all season, is expected to serve as Willis’ backup. The team may need to officially add him to the roster, as linebacker Kristian Welch’s placement on injured reserve opens a potential roster spot. Guard Aaron Banks (neck/illness) and wide receiver Savion Williams (foot/illness) were downgraded to questionable.
The Ravens could also be without starting QB Lamar Jackson, who is listed as doubtful with a back contusion. If Jackson cannot play, Tyler Huntley would start in his place.
With the win-loss scenario, the Packers (9-5-1) have already clinched a playoff berth but still control their path to the NFC North title depending on the outcomes of their final two games and the Bears’ results.
