Ryan Crow, the Miami Dolphins’ outside linebackers coach, was arrested early Friday in Fort Lauderdale for domestic battery, according to Broward County jail records.
The Fort Lauderdale Police Department’s probable cause statement indicates that Crow allegedly shoved someone he lives with during an argument.
The alleged victim declined to provide a formal statement and reported no injuries. Two witnesses described Crow as the aggressor, with one noting the victim appeared “terrified.”
Another witness said Crow stopped when he realized people were watching and returned to his apartment. As of Friday morning, Crow was held without bond in Broward County’s main jail.
The Dolphins placed him on administrative leave, stating they are aware of the incident, are gathering information, and have notified the NFL. Crow, 37, joined the Dolphins in 2024 after three seasons with the Tennessee Titans in the same role and has been an NFL coach since 2018.
