Micah Parsons was clear about his contract situation, sending a strong message to Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones as talks continue to stall.

Parsons is entering the last year of his rookie contract, and it seems likely that the Cowboys will eventually sign him to a long-term deal that could make him the highest-paid non-quarterback in the NFL.
Although some initial conversations have happened, they haven’t reached an agreement yet.
With his contract still up in the air, people are paying close attention to everything Parsons does. He has been participating in voluntary OTAs but plans to attend mandatory minicamp without fail.
“I will be there! I haven’t missed a minicamp in 4 years! Even though my contract isn’t finished, I have teammates and a playbook!” Parsons shared on X. “I’m getting ready as if I’ll be on the field during the first week of camp! But it’s up to the owner now. I’m eager to win a Super Bowl!”
Recently, Jones and the Cowboys have developed a reputation for prolonging extension discussions. Last year, both CeeDee Lamb and Dak Prescott had to wait patiently before securing their big contracts right before the season began.
